Welcome to TV Vision Limited

The Company was originally incorporated as TV Vision Private Limited on July 30, 2007 and was converted into a public limited company on June 23, 2011. We are engaged in the business of broadcasting and content production.
TV Vision Ltd. is engaged in the business of broadcasting, content production & syndication and publication.
As part of an effort consolidating the Broadcasting Business of the SABTNL in the Company and listing of the equity shares of our Company thereby unlocking the value for the shareholders of SABTNL, it was agreed to demerge and consolidate the broadcasting business of SABTNL and the wholly owned subsidiaries of our Company i.e. UBJ Broadcasting Services Private Limited (UBJ), HHP Broadcasting Services Private Limited (HHP) and MPCR Broadcasting Service Private Limited (MPCR) into our Company.

With the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement becoming effective on January 15, 2016, the Broadcasting Business of the Demerged Companies is now being conducted by TV Vision Limited.
The first channel out of TV Vision portfolio was "Mastiii" which was launched in July, 2010. The commercial operation of the channel was started from September, 2010. Mastiii TV, today as per BARC TV Ratings is the No.1 TV channel in the country in the Music & Youth genre. The Mastiii programming mix involves a combination of evergreen melodies and latest blockbusters tuned as per the mood cycle of the viewer. This is all packaged in a contemporary format that is pleasing & non-intrusive to the eyes. The original programming on Mastiii consists of music based shows like the very popular ‘The Golden Era’ and the interview based ‘See TaareMastiii Mein’.

Mastiii:

India’s No.1 Music & Youth Channel from the network bouquet of SABGROUP, has created a mark for itself and emerged as an un-paralleled and unchallenged #1 channel of the genre. The channel having a universal appeal caters to a variety of music lovers of various age groups becoming the most loved Music channel in India. Being the market leader, Mastiii has introduced and successfully implemented many first of its kind innovative properties, such as Mastiii Doubles which has gone to become the number 1 music show in its respective time band, Mastiii Star wars, a one of its kind battle in which Bollywood superstars fight it out with their hit songs hereby engaging the viewers not only through broadcast but also through social media. Everyday part of the channel has been very systematically planned to cater to every mood of the viewer during the day giving the audience a mix of peppy, romantic, retro and Bollywood blockbuster old and new Hindi songs.

Maiboli:

  Having spread its wings in the North SABGROUP ventured out to capture Maharashtra with its regional Marathi channel “Maiboli”, launched to cater and entertain the Maharashtrian audience. In the recent past the channel has gone ahead and given established market players a stiff competition. With shows such as Filmy Gappa which gives latest updates on what’s happening in the Marathi movie industry, Bolte Tare where we interact with various Marathi celebs & one devotional programme named Amrut Manthan in the morning time band and multiple Marathi movies & Songs the channel has become a complete family entertainer for the region.

Dabangg:

“Dabangg” one of SABGROUP’s premier regional entertainment channels was launched to cater to the audience of U.P., Bihar & Jharkhand. The Channel is widely distributed in the targeted territor y. Bhakti Sagar a devotional show which has become the favorite amongst the viewers followed by back to back Bhojpuri movies & Hindi movies. With the vast movies library and exclusive World Television Premiers the channel is set to take the audiences entertainment quotient several notches higher. But the entertainment does not just stop there, having a change in programming during the festive periods the channel tries to give its audience a feel of the festivities right on their television screens.

Dhamaal:

“Dhamaal” is the youth focused regional channel for the territory of Gujarat. The programming of the channel includes music and gujjubhai gags along with shows such as “Dhamaal Ek Minut Ni” and “Dhamaal Youngsterni”. The channel is very well distributed in the targeted territory.

Dillagi:

  “Dillagiii” a dedicated TV channel for small towns & villages of India including towns with a population of less than one lakh (known as LC1 markets) across regions. Dillagiii is a family entertainment channel, believes in touching people's hearts through movies & gags by Raju. The Channel stands for the most invaluable things in life – love, family, fun & memories.

Happii Fi:

Latest offering in the portfolio is HAPPII-FI, a digital opportunity which is platform agnostic and content aggregator. The content genre is focused at comedy and is looking to reach out to the masses.

Our Strengths

SABGROUP parentage :

Our Parent Company, SABGroup is amongst the leading players in the Indian M&E industry. This provides us with a competitive advantage, particularly in attracting new customers, talent and economy of cost in relation to the cost of the contents produced. Our Company is ably supported by the network and programming experience of SABGroup which is focused on content production and syndication, them being its core competence for years. SABTNL is amongst the few multi-lingual content production houses creating contents in various Indian regional languages including Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Gujarati, besides Hindi.

Over the years, SABGroup has established itself as a producer for content across various programming genres like comedy, drama, thriller, talk show, current affairs programs etc. SABGroup also provides us with access to management talent and professionals with M&E industry knowledge.

We believe that our relationship with SABGroup has facilitated our entry and growth in Indian M&E industry, and will continue to help us achieve our strategic objectives to expand our business, increase our market penetration and continue to attract and retain talented professionals.

Experienced management team:

Our management team includes experienced and qualified professionals. Our senior management team has experience in the M&E industry. Our Directors, Mr. Gautam Adhikari and Mr. Markand Adhikari have around 30 years of experience in content production and broadcasting and have been instrumental in establishing and operating our businesses. Mr.Manav Dhanda, has an experience of around 17 years in the Indian and International Media and Entertainment Industry. Mr. Anand Shroff is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years of rich experience in the field of Finance and Accounts. His work profile extends to overlooking the Legal, secretarial ad compliance of the group. We believe that the experience of our management team and understanding of the media and allied sector will enable us to continue to take advantage of both current and future market opportunities.

Emphasis on regional tastes and audience preference:

We are concentrating on developing Hindi General Entertainment Channels through our various subsidiaries that appeal to the specific preferences of the viewers in various regions of India. The channel "Dabangg" operated by HHP Broadcasting Services Private Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, targets regions of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand whereas the channel "Dhamaal" operated by UBJ Broadcasting Private Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, targets the regions of Gujarat. We believe that a key factor to our success is our ability to cater to local tastes and audience preferences.

Distribution network and wide reach:

We believe the success of our channel "Mastiii" can be attributed to our distribution network including cable operators and DTH operators leading to wide reach and viewership. The distribution activities in relation to our region specific channels namely "Dabangg" and Dhamaal" are concentrated in the specific regions in which they are being broadcasted. We have entered into agreements with multi system operators (MSOs), cable operators, and other DTH providers across India and also in specific regions to increase our penetration.
