The Company was originally incorporated as TV Vision Private Limited on July 30, 2007 and was converted
into a public limited company on June 23, 2011. We are engaged in the business of broadcasting and
TV Vision Ltd. is engaged in the business of broadcasting, content production & syndication and publication.
As part of an effort consolidating the Broadcasting Business of the SABTNL in the Company and listing of the equity shares of our Company thereby unlocking the value for the shareholders of SABTNL, it was agreed to demerge and consolidate the broadcasting business of SABTNL and the wholly owned subsidiaries of our Company i.e. UBJ Broadcasting Services Private Limited (UBJ), HHP Broadcasting Services Private Limited (HHP) and MPCR Broadcasting Service Private Limited (MPCR) into our Company.
With the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement becoming effective
on January 15, 2016, the Broadcasting Business of the Demerged Companies is
now being conducted by TV Vision Limited.
The first channel out of TV Vision portfolio was "Mastiii" which was launched in July, 2010. The commercial operation of the channel was started from September, 2010. Mastiii TV, today as per BARC TV Ratings is the No.1 TV channel in the country in the Music & Youth genre. The Mastiii programming mix involves a combination of evergreen melodies and latest blockbusters tuned as per the mood cycle of the viewer. This is all packaged in a contemporary format that is pleasing & non-intrusive to the eyes. The original programming on Mastiii consists of music based shows like the very popular ‘The Golden Era’ and the interview based ‘See TaareMastiii Mein’.
TV Vision Limited launched a music Channel, ‘Mastiii, in July, 2010. The commercial
operation of the channel was started from September, 2010. The Music on Mastiii has a
universal appeal, ranging from peppy to romantic and from retro to latest blockbusters. Keeping
in mind the viewer’s mood during different day parts, the channel telecasts a mix of old and new
Hindi songs. Mastiii is the leading channel in Hindi Youth & Music genre in the Indian M&E

The channel also focuses on youth based content like ‘Mastiii Movie Reviews’ etc. Various artists, script writers, directors & technicians who help us in producing quality content to attract viewership. Our Company is ably supported by the network and programming experience of SABGroup, the Parent Company. Our channel is one of the major players in Hindi music genre in the Indian M&E industry. It was rated as the no. 1 television channel in the music genre in the cable & satellite analogue households 15+ across HSM during weeks 21 to 52 ending December 2015, amongst group of 9XM, Sony Mix, 9X Jalwa, MTV, B4U Music, Channel V, ETC. Also, for week 41-52 the average weekly ratings is 110 million.(Source:BARC). "Mastiii" is positioned as a pan-India channel with a view to penetrate across the whole M&E industry in India.
Maiboli is a Marathi channel which was launched in 2014 targeting the audience located in the territory of Maharashtra, while expanding its presence in the regional market. It was the most successful Marathi channel launch of 2014. It is a mirror of Marathi culture and heritage. At Maiboli viewers can listen to Marathi music, watch movies and plays. It has popular shows like “Filmy Gappa”. Maiboli is a complete family channel, which entertains people of Maharashtra in the best possible way.
"Dabangg" is a Hindi General Entertainment Channel operated by TV Vision Ltd., our wholly owned subsidiary. Dabangg was the 1st channel in the Hindi General Entertainment channel space to follow a regional focused programming strategy. Realizing the special needs of regions – Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand, Dabangg, has a focused approach to cater to the audience tastes of these regions. The combined population of this region is 340 mn, which represents 37% of the population of Hindi GEC regions (source: Census of India, 2011). The channel USP is its ‘MultipliCity’ flavor in its daily programming.
Music, entertainment & youth channel, Dhamaal Gujarat. With a rich and varied music library, Dhamaal Gujarat promises to offer a mixed bag of music, light hearted humour & youth engaging interactions. The channel’s USP being providing people the magic of radio for the first time on TV. With Dhamaal Gujarat, the latest music, youth & entertainment channel, the company further aims to strengthen its position by targeting the youth in Gujarat and providing them with differentiated content and a free spirited zesty time. The channel has two flagship shows, one of which will be a radio show with radio city, 91.1 FM and the other show will be a Gag show with the renowned Gujarati artist Siddharth Randeria of the superhit movie ‘Gujjubhai-The Great’ fame. The channel for the first time will showcase Gujarat’s favourite Radio jockeys coming on TV and interacting with the youth, considering that radio in Gujarat enjoys a listenership of 50 lakhs daily.

The movies featured on the channel are an eclectic mix of Family Drama, Romance, Thriller, Horror and Comedy. Now, Dillagi proudly holds the position of the most loved movie channel in LC1 market. Dillagi can be enjoyed on DD Free Dish at channel number 64 and Dish TV at channel number 1600.
Latest offering in the portfolio is HAPPII-FI, a digital opportunity which is platform agnostic and content aggregator. The content genre is focused at comedy and is looking to reach out to the masses.

Our management team includes experienced and qualified professionals. Our senior management team has experience in the M&E industry. Our Directors, Mr. Gautam Adhikari and Mr. Markand Adhikari have around 30 years of experience in content production and broadcasting and have been instrumental in establishing and operating our businesses. Mr.Manav Dhanda, has an experience of around 17 years in the Indian and International Media and Entertainment Industry. Mr. Anand Shroff is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years of rich experience in the field of Finance and Accounts. His work profile extends to overlooking the Legal, secretarial ad compliance of the group. We are concentrating on developing Hindi General Entertainment Channels through our various subsidiaries that appeal to the specific preferences of the viewers in various regions of India. The channel "Dabangg" operated by HHP Broadcasting Services Private Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, targets regions of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand whereas the channel "Dhamaal" operated by UBJ Broadcasting Private Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, targets the regions of Gujarat. We believe that a key factor to our success is our ability to cater to local tastes and audience preferences.
We believe the success of our channel "Mastiii" can be attributed to our distribution network including cable operators and DTH operators leading to wide reach and viewership. The distribution activities in relation to our region specific channels namely "Dabangg" and Dhamaal" are concentrated in the specific regions in which they are being broadcasted. We have entered into agreements with multi system operators (MSOs), cable operators, and other DTH providers across India and also in specific regions to increase our penetration.
